COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR (Full-Time)
The “Community Engagement Director” is responsible for organizing and supporting local groups of volunteers into both youth driven groups and adult supporting groups. The focus and intention of these “groups” is to organize and/or support activities for youth between the ages of 11-24 within designated communities we serve.
The primary focus is to engage local adult and youth volunteers in the building and directing of inspired youth opportunities. As needed, DuCAP will continually support and invest in those community efforts that need additional professional assistance.

Program Assistant
The “Program Assistant” is responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, monitoring, and/or implementation of activities, events, or seasonal programs for youth between the ages of 11-17.
Program Leader
DuCAP is looking to hire seasonal Program Leaders who are skilled in developing and running youth-inspired activities and/or seasonal programs for a small group of local youth between the ages of 11-17. For the most part, this is a seasonal part-time position but may be expanded and/or offered other times throughout the year when pre-approved by DuCAP Central.
School Program Leader
DuCAP is looking to hire School Program Leader(s) with a maximum of two staff at a school who are skilled in developing and running youth-inspired activities and/or seasonal programs for a small group of students between the ages of 11-17. For the most part, this is a seasonal part-time position but may be expanded and/or offered other times throughout the year when pre-approved by DuCAP Central.
