The “Community Engagement Director” is responsible for organizing and supporting local groups of volunteers into both youth-driven groups and adult support groups. The focus and intention of these “groups” is to organize and/or support activities for youth between the ages of 11-24 within designated communities we serve.
The primary focus is to engage local adult and youth volunteers in the building and directing of inspired youth opportunities. As needed, DuCAP will continually support and invest in those community efforts that need additional professional assistance.
